According to BBC news on November 19, Northern Ireland’s first legal medical cannabis vape bar has opened in Ballyclair.
The “Stay Medicated” vape lounge, currently owned by Alan Robinson, is located in an upscale cafe in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, where medical cannabis patients drink Public use of cannabis during morning coffee, 227 members can legally use medical marijuana here.
This initiative provides a safe and legal option for patients who must rely on illegal channels to obtain cannabis medicines.
According to statistics, from the end of 2018 to 2022, more than 140,000 medical cannabis prescriptions were issued by 31 private prescription centers in the UK. However, fewer than five NHS (National Health Service System) patients in Northern Ireland are eligible for medical cannabis prescriptions.
