According to a recent report by Epravda, Ukrainian police discovered an underground tobacco factory in the Cherkasi region. The factory was hidden in an abandoned military base. At the same time, the police also discovered that most of the products from this underground factory flowed to the markets of Cherkasi, Kiev and Vinnytsia districts through wholesale and retail, and were sold as products of other tobacco manufacturers.

Currently, the Ukrainian police have launched a criminal investigation into the illegal manufacturing, storage, sale and transportation of counterfeit stamp duty goods in accordance with local criminal law, and have begun collecting evidence in order to bring the organizers and participants of this underground black market to justice .
