According to a report by ANTD.VN on January 16, the criminal investigation agency of Haiphong City in Vietnam recently confirmed that Dam Viet Quang (Đàm Viết Quang), who lives in Vinh Bao Town in the city, is suspected of illegally selling e-cigarette oil containing drugs, and mainly sells Targeted at students and college students.

It is reported that the public security agency of Ninh Giang County has launched a criminal investigation into this case and formally prosecuted Dam Viet Quang, who was born in 2002. He was charged with "illegal drug trafficking."

The investigation of the case revealed that the e-cigarette liquid sold was very likely to contain drugs and involved students from multiple high schools and vocational education centers, which attracted widespread attention.

During a joint investigation by multiple parties, the Ninh Giang County Police discovered that a man named Phạm Văn L was selling two cans of e-cigarette oil to a high school student in the Cống Sao area of Ninh Giang Township on December 25, 2023. E-liquid may also contain drugs.

When questioned by the police, Phạm Văn L admitted that the e-cigarette liquid was purchased from Dam Viet Quang. Based on his statement, the police investigated the matter in depth and seized 73.42 grams of dried plants containing MDMB-4en-PINACA type drugs from Dam Viet Quang’s residence, as well as some e-cigarette oil, which may also be loaded with natural drugs. .

Currently, the Ninh Giang County Public Security Bureau is further investigating the case to find out the truth of the entire incident. The incident revealed the abuse problem in the e-cigarette market, especially sales involving students, and aroused social concern about this issue.
