They believe that despite legislative advances such as Law No. 27.350 on Medical Cannabis and Law No. 27.669 on the Production of Medical Cannabis and Industrial Hemp, these regulations do not yet reflect the reality of a cannabis culture that is still criminalized.
The march took place amid industrial cannabis cultivation across the country, advocating for an end to the detention of cannabis growers.
